Undergraduate Sudent Work from SVA Oil Portrait Painting Classes

These are examples of student work from Marvin's undergraduate painting classes at the School of Visual Arts to demonstrate the fundamental principles of his classical realism painting approach. His classes are an opportunity for students to advance their painting skills, regardless of their previous levels of training, and experience the great satisfaction that creating beautiful works of art provides. The object of his teaching is to train his students to see objectively, and to provide them with the knowledge and skills to best express their unique personal vision.
